There are also sitting postures These are for the beginners. Watch and try following them This should be practiced by sitting upright. Stretch both your hands to the front. Fold your thumb inside and close it with the other four fingers Make a fist Start rotating your wrists Rotate clockwise 10 times Then rotate anti-clockwise 10 times This is a good exercise for the wrists After that spread open your palms place your fingers on the shoulders stretch your hands towards your front with force Repeat this 5 times Repeat the same procedure sideways 5 times Now this is for the shoulders. Place your fingers on the shoulders and start rotating your shoulders Rotate 5 times clockwise and 5 times anti-clockwise This is a good exercise for the shoulders. Have you sen the exercises?
