What is going on, you guys? I am so psyched to be sharing the January
workout schedule with you guys. just like like our schedule, This is our premium workout schedule for the

save your printer ink you will also be able to download this directly
from the app or from the website, whatever your preference is. I got you covered So here, right here. I have my goal. So you’re going to write down your goal for
January. Your goal could be to work on three times
a week. Your goal could be to work out one time a
week. Your goal could be to work out every single
day. It doesn’t matter. Your goal could be to cinch your waist snatched
your waist, get a man, buy a house, start that business. and then you have my why your why is why you
want to hit that goal. Why do you want to be looking like a 10? Why do you want to be healthy? Why are you trying to be over there being
disciplined. Just write it down here. And then my cheat day, when is your cheat
day? Write it in your workout schedule So download
this if you’re a premium member. Are you even ready for this? Are you even. Seriously? I am. So hype for the schedule. You have no idea. January 1st, we are going to be doing arms,
booty, abs and thigh. This workout is brand new, just newly recorded. You guys, my heart. I cannot wait for you to do that workout on
January 1st. You are going to love it. And then on the second, we are doing a tabata
cardio workout. This workout is like it’s a kiss from the
gods themselves. And then on the third, we’re going to do an
upper body workout. I know ya’ll be skipping your upper body workouts. But listen. Balance. Balance is the key. And you’re going to see this as a theme throughout
the schedule for January. This the week right here we do one upper body
workout, one lower body workout, one cardio workout, one full body workout. And then we do an ab workout. So we are hitting everything. And that is the theme every single week. This week right here we start with cardio,
then we do some belly fat stuff. Lower body. That’s your booty and your thigh. We never forget the booty. Full body and then upper body. This week we do full body, belly fat and ab
toning butt and thigh arms back and abs and another tabata cardio workout. The last week of January we do butt and thigh
belly fat and toning full-body cardio and then we do butt and thigh again. So in the last week of January, we dropped
that upper body and then we do a booty workout that last day as well. The specific workout videos you will be doing
in the schedule are already organized, edited, filmed and just topped with love waiting for
you. Of course, you can access all of your workouts
for your January workout schedule directly on kobokofitness.com. You can also access it through the iPhone
app or the Android app. I recommend you stick this, your fridge or
your office door somewhere that you will see it every day. As I hinted earlier in the video, most people
don’t do all the all five workouts every week. Some people do those people inspire even me. And then there are some people most other
people don’t do all five workouts every week, because with the premium members, you get
access to everything all at once. So you can see the whole schedule from day
one and decide which workouts you want to do each week and just do the work as you like
from that week. We do not work out on the weekends in the
schedule. There is no Saturday or Sunday on this schedule. Those days are your days off. Now, if you want to work out on the weekend,
of course you can Another question I think you guys we have
is the duration of the workouts in the workout schedule all the workouts in the workout schedule
are 30 minutes long but I have instructions for my beginners and intermediate exercises. If you cannot do the full 30 minutes I got
