This exercise is called
“Medicine ball rotations” or “Tosses”. This is a very sporty and athletic exercise
which make your core work along with your shoulders, arms, forearms,
specially your oblique which is the part of you ab group of muscles. So, we’ll keep our feet
shoulder distance apart. Hold the medicine ball tight
and make sure elbows are straight. Pivot to one side with your feet
and forcefully… While breathing out imagine
you’re throwing the ball across. Showing it on the other side now. Make sure the elbows are straight.
And the gaze will be on the ball. Use your core maintain the balance.
