I’ll show you more or less what I do on the day, but mainly what I eat and my training I woke up at 8.30 am and as you can see this is my breakfast 4 eggs, 4 toast and 4 slices of ham on top of the toast because I personally don’t use butter and a lot from time to time I use honey for a change. Another thing that I also like to do in the morning is to drink water, the first thing I do is to get up, make my needs go to the kitchen and drink water Since I started drinking water as soon as I wake up, you will see that your body starts working right away, you will be hydrated it seems that you wake up more easily and that is why I like to drink half a liter of water before eating anything. Well breakfast is already taken, I don’t know if I’m the only one, but at least every time I’m eating I have to watch something, be it a video on youtube, a series, a movie I don’t think I know what it is to eat without seeing anything So what I do on Mondays is to go through the day doing several sets of front lever, since at the end of the day when I train, I will not train front I will train more planche and shoulders So I will, over the course of the day, train more the dorsal, do the front, call it grease the groove is a very good method to learn skills And then tomorrow what I would do is train more pull, more front lever and during the day planche 1st set of front is done, it was the 1st of the day honestly I’m not even very satisfied, I will now do one more with the elastic t’s time to work a little bit, I’m going to start editing this video and I’m also going to start one I recorded yesterday If this video has good feedback, Saturday I record another vlog because there will be a street workout competition here in Portugal at the gym in Campolide so this video will come out Thursday or Friday and if the feedback is good on Saturday I will also record another vlog Well guys, I’ve been editing this video, I’ve already started the other one and we’re going to do another set, but 1st my brother will show you a pull up Let´s go my bro Come on! And then at the end a friend of mine showed up and did 2 sets of 10 Pull Ups, 1 Muscle Up and 5 Pull ups without leaving the bar and honestly The 10 PUs were not very clean, because as it was a challenge and I knew that if I did the 10 PU cleans I would probably not be able to do the Muscle Up next.
